Where are the workshops held?
Ticketed workshops are generally held in Lincoln town centre at our offices - Mosaic Digital Hub, Thomas Parker House, 13-14 Silver Street, Lincoln, LN2 1DY. Private training sessions can be hosted at Mosaic, at your premises, or at a venue of your choice. We deliver training all over the UK and can even travel abroad.
How many people can attend?
Ticketed workshops are capped at 10 to 15 attendees, depending on the venue. However, private workshops can include as many people as you like. Enquire for details.
What skill level is this aimed at?
This is not basic, beginner level training. It's orientated towards an intermediate level. Attendees should already be familiar with how to use social media, even if all they do is scroll and post on their own personal pages.
Do you travel for in-person training?
Workshops can be held at our Lincoln-based office, at your premises, or at a location of your choice. Travel time and expenses may be billable, depending on the distance travelled. Expense costs are agreed in advance.
Is the venue accessible?
Our Lincoln offices are entirely accessible. Disabled parking is available on Silver Street, just outside the Post Office. If you have any additional needs or require assistance, please reach out.
How much does it cost?

Do you help with implementation?
Implementation isn't included in workshop pricing, but we can provide quotes for further assistance if you'd like more help. Reach out to discuss options.
Are workshops bespoke?
All ticketed training courses cover the same core principles, but attendees submit questionnaires in advance of the session and these influence session delivery. Privately booked workshops are bespoke to your specific business, industry, and preferred platforms.
Do you offer beginner training as well?
Yes. We have alternative courses geared towards social media novices. Reach out to discuss options.
Is lunch included?
If you book a full-day workshop, a delicious lunch out at Caffè Portico is included in the cost of your ticket.
