Using our website comes with rules. This policy outlines acceptable use, our intellectual property rights, and the legal terms that you agree to adhere to by visiting or interacting with the Arcanum Academy or Arcanum Copy websites.

The Good Business Charter (GBC) sets a clear benchmark for responsible business in the UK. GBC accreditation is a recognised and trusted signpost of an organisation that acts responsibly and in line with the GBC's 10 components of fair and sustainable business. 

The Disability Confident Employer Scheme encourages employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, train and develop disabled people. We're proud to be a part of this scheme. 

We're accredited members of the Living Wage Foundation, committing to pay the living wage or above, rather than the minimum wage.

Arcanum Academy is an active member of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), and regularly speaks and exhibits at their networking events, expos, and SME conferences.

Friends Against Scams is a National Trading Standards Scams Team initiative which aims to protect and prevent people from becoming victims of scams.

We're proud signatories of the Age-friendly Employer Pledge, acknowledging the importance in age diversity in businesses.

Businesses have a responsibility to contribute positively to the communities they serve, so we've joined this Charter to ensure we are held accountable for the social responsibilities we hold for the Lincoln community.

Arcanum Academy's Director, Eleanor Bryan, holds an internationally recognised Level 5 TEFL Diploma.

Arcanum Academy has applied to become an accredited Carbon Literate Organisation, demonstrating our commitment to environmental concerns. This accreditation is pending review, but we should hear back within the next few months.

Arcanum Academy is registered for the 'Give an Hour' initiative managed by Greater Lincolnshire LEP, donating time towards helping guide young people's career choices in schools and colleges. 

Arcanum Academy's Director, Eleanor Bryan, holds a PhD and a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education from the University of Lincoln. She also has extensive teaching experience from her previous role as a university lecturer.

Small businesses rely on invoices being paid quickly. Our commitment to the Fair Payment Code assures our contractors that they will be paid as promptly as possible and well before their invoice due date.
