Founded by Eleanor Bryan - award-winning copywriter, PhD in English, and unapologetic hater of waffle - Arcanum blends sharp strategy with engaging delivery, facilitated by a genuine expert.
Where it Started
The Arcanum brand was founded over 10 years ago. Eleanor Bryan established Arcanum Copy as a copywriting side-hustle while working towards her PhD in English.
After completing her doctorate, she scaled the company to a thriving, six-figure business. Eleanor works with large, multinational companies to deliver high-performing marketing content through Arcanum Copy, and she shares her knowledge through Arcanum Academy.
After sitting through one too many “training” days that were either pitch decks in disguise or basic courses that skimmed the surface and called it a day, Eleanor built Arcanum Academy as the anti-workshop workshop: deep, practical, expert-led, and geared towards successful implementation.
The first cohorts sold out, word spread, and the format evolved into a modular suite covering Social Media, Copywriting, SEO, and more, with 1:1 consultancy and bespoke team training for organisations that want targeted change, fast.
Arcanum Academy is based in Lincoln, but training can be delivered anywhere, either in person or online.
